The module is built but not yet deployed. It appears in the catalog, and the app will mark it selectable the day it ships.

The module lowers what certain traders pay, rather than raising it. A creator can set a reduced fee for named wallets, for a campaign period, or for wallets holding the coin.

It composes like any other calculator, subject to the same bounds: the protocol's incompressible 0.03% still applies, and the reduction is written at creation like every other setting.
